Which airports are served?
We operate regular flights to Geneva-Cointrin, Zurich-Kloten, Basel-Mulhouse, and Sion airports, as well as to nearby international hubs such as Milan-Malpensa and Lyon-Saint-Exupéry.
How do I find my driver at the airport or train station?
Your driver will be waiting for you either in the arrivals hall (depending on the airport) or outside the airport/train station, holding a sign or a tablet/phone clearly displaying your name or another agreed-upon identifying mark. He will have your phone number, and you will have his.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Using the flight number you provided when you made your reservation, we track your status in real time. Your appointment time is automatically adjusted at no additional cost.
How much luggage can I bring on board?
Capacity depends on the model you reserve: our sedan can hold 3 or even 4 large suitcases, while our van can carry up to 6 passengers with large luggage
Can I request a child seat or special equipment?
Yes. Just let us know when you place your order, and we'll make sure a car seat appropriate for your child's age is installed on board before your departure.
Is it possible to stop during the transfer?
Absolutely! You have two options: you can choose the option that includes a surprise stop. Or a stop may be necessary for another reason, and your driver will be happy to pull over for a brief moment.
